Mochora is building missed-call recovery software for HVAC service companies. This policy applies to information handled through the Mochora website, early-access requests, direct communications, and any checkout flow made available on the site.
1. Scope
This policy covers Mochora's website and the information you choose to send to us. Third-party services have their own privacy practices, including the payment, hosting, database, phone, and email providers they operate.
2. Information we collect
Early-access information
The early-access form asks for a work email address. You may also provide a company name and approximate team size.
Information you send us
We receive the content of emails and other communications you send to Mochora, together with the contact details needed to respond.
Payment and subscription information
If paid checkout is available, Stripe processes payment information. Mochora does not receive your complete card number, but may receive contact details, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and limited billing information needed to administer the purchase.
Technical and security information
Mochora and its infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, request timestamps, and similar logs needed to deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the service. The early-access endpoint also uses request information to limit automated or abusive submissions.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to early-access and product questions;
- evaluate fit and prepare onboarding for HVAC companies;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website;
- process and administer purchases when checkout is available;
- understand product needs and improve Mochora; and
- meet legal obligations and protect our rights and users.
5. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including operating the early-access program, responding to requests, administering purchases, maintaining security records, and meeting legal or accounting obligations. Information may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
6. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided to Mochora. You may also opt out of non-transactional marketing messages. Some information may need to be retained for security, transaction, recordkeeping, or legal reasons. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
7. Security
Mochora uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by email.
8. Children's privacy
Mochora is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the early-access program.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Mochora develops. The date at the top of the page will be updated when changes are published. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
