Terms of Service

These terms describe the intended rules for using the Mochora website and participating in its early-access service.

Operational draft

These terms document Mochora's intended early-access operations. They are not a substitute for review by qualified legal counsel. Final commercial, liability, dispute, and jurisdiction terms must be reviewed before paid service is enabled.

These Terms of Service apply to use of the Mochora website and any early-access service Mochora makes available. Requesting early access does not purchase a subscription or guarantee that access will be offered.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By using the site or an early-access service, you agree to follow these terms. You must be at least 18 and, when acting for a company, authorized to act for that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the site is handled.

2. Early-access service

Mochora is under active development. Features, integrations, message timing, eligibility rules, availability, and pricing may change as the service is tested. Phone-provider compatibility and the intended recovery flow will be reviewed before a company is activated.

Early-access feedback may be used to improve Mochora. Do not include confidential customer information in feedback unless it is necessary and you are permitted to share it.

3. Company responsibilities

A company using Mochora is responsible for:

  • providing accurate setup, business-number, and account information;
  • having the authority to connect or configure the phone numbers and systems it provides;
  • reviewing its recovery messages, operating hours, exclusions, and escalation instructions;
  • complying with laws and provider rules that apply to its calls, texts, notices, and customer relationships; and
  • using qualified personnel and appropriate emergency procedures for HVAC service and safety decisions.

Mochora provides workflow software, not legal, safety, emergency-response, or HVAC technical advice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Mochora to send unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, abusive, or harmful communications; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; misrepresent your identity or authority; or use the service in a way that violates another person's rights or a provider's rules.

5. Third-party services

Mochora may depend on phone, messaging, hosting, database, payment, CRM, dispatch, and email providers. Their services and terms are separate from Mochora's, and changes or outages at those providers may affect availability or compatibility. Mochora does not replace your CRM, dispatch system, phone provider, emergency procedures, or professional judgment.

6. Pricing, billing, and cancellation

Joining the founding-customer list does not create a charge or subscription. If paid access becomes available, the price, billing interval, included usage, possible usage charges, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation method, and applicable refund terms will be presented before purchase.

7. Availability and service limits

Early-access software may be interrupted, delayed, or changed. Mochora does not guarantee that every call, text, reply, alert, or integration will be captured or delivered. Keep your normal phone, dispatch, safety, and customer-service procedures in place. Mochora is not an emergency service or safety-monitoring system.

8. Ownership and permitted use

Mochora and its product materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the service gives you a limited right to use it for your company's internal business operations while access remains available. It does not transfer ownership of the software, brand, or product materials.

9. Suspension and ending access

Mochora may restrict or end access to protect the service, users, providers, or others; respond to suspected misuse or legal requirements; or conclude an early-access program. When practical, Mochora will communicate material changes affecting an active company.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Mochora develops. The date at the top of the page will identify the latest published version. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
